ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Randy Howard is a third-generation contractor with decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began working on job sites at a young age and later gained practical field experience across all phases of construction, including foundations, framing, and exterior systems.
In the early 2000s, Randy founded Colorado Exteriors, which has become one of Colorado's established roofing and sheet metal companies serving multifamily and commercial projects.
In 2005, he expanded into residential development, contributing to both single-family and multifamily projects throughout the Denver area. His approach is rooted in strong trade relationships, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering well-built homes with a high level of finish. Through Tru Development Group, this experience is applied to independently executed residential projects.
